3. Subscriptions and Payments

Podo Words offers two types of premium plans:

• One-Time Purchase: A single payment that grants lifetime access to the premium features of the app.
• Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly payment that provides access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

All purchases are processed through third-party platforms (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of those platforms.

4. Content Usage

All content in Podo Words is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify any content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Copying, distributing, or sharing app content without authorization
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app’s functionality
• Using the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these Terms of Use or engage in prohibited activities. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Podo Words is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app or its content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
