2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Podo Korean only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Podo Korean offers both free and premium content. By subscribing to a Premium plan, you agree to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions are automatically renewed and billed through the payment method registered to your app store account. Subscriptions will renew at the current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your device’s account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current period.
If you cancel your subscription and later resubscribe, you will be charged at the updated price.
If you upgrade (e.g., from monthly to yearly), your previous subscription will be prorated and refunded, and the new plan will begin immediately. If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect after the current plan expires.

4. Content Usage
All content provided by Podo Korean is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, distributing, or sharing app content without authorization
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app’s operation
- Using the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms of Use. You may also delete your account at any time through the app’s My Page → Remove Account menu.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Podo Korean is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to maintain the quality and availability of the service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our app or content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
